Mike Robinson Cookery SchoolApparently he's some sort of TV chef but seems to be admirably reluctant about following that path further. Had an expensive treat doing a game course at his place for my 40th birthday. Good fun, small group, quite informative, reassuringly sharp knives and good facilites, generous with the wine. Disassembled deer, with proper butchery, rabbits and fowl. Recomended but pricey for what it is if you've furtled with fur and feather before but a great starters course. However I'm sure if you ask the question here you'll get the answer you need.

I think he is great and would love to go to his place, It's not to far from me either. I loved the series he did in Africa, and the one where he was a chalet maid, in France.
