Mini-bakewareHaving a 10" cubed oven doesn't have too many limitations- you can get 8" cake tins, and 9" roasting pans easily enough but baking trays? I can't find one small enough nor square. Anyone got any tips/leads (other than making one, which might be something to add to the list, but I want biscuits NOW! )

Could you get a baking sheet for a toaster oven? They probably sell replacements somewhere, or you could find one in a thrift shop.

Buy a muffin tray and a good muffin book, and you'll stop baking anything else. I'm just saying, ricotta and spinach muffin, who would have thought it?

Can you recommend a good muffin book?
I doubt we'd ever give up biscuits, but there's muffin to loose by giving it a go.

I have this one at work
http://www.amazon.com/1-Mix-50-Muffins/dp/1407528637/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1255379902&sr=1-4
it came with 1 mix 50 cookies and cost me £4 from the book people from work, jut looked on their website but they dont have it anymore but I have seen them in the bargin book shops aroung the place and garden centers and the likes, its basically 1 recipe then 50 ways to tweak it for difrent ends.
Must say they work remarkably well.
