Money Saving Expert New CampaignThis isn't strictly downsizering, but is probably quite relevant to a number of people who read this forum.
On Friday, the MoneySavingExpert website launched a major campaign to encourage people to claim back money on loans, credit card, store card and mortgage insurance (eg something which is pretty much useless and is frequently mis-sold to people) and since then has been under a sustained web attack.
See here for more information, but they've asked for people to spread the word to anyone out there who this might be able to help.

I did watch some of this on ITV last Friday. While I'm sure many policies have been mis-sold I hope it's not just another scheme where people, who should have known better at the time of signing up but couldn't be bothered to check through the details, get a nice cheque they don't deserve.

Interesting use of 'deserve' there. Did the people who mis-sold me my pension 'deserve' their commission?

If it was mis-sold then no, of course not, and you deserve full compensation.
