More mushrooms.

Could this be Pseudochitocybe cyaniformis - the goblet? Said to be edible by Phillips. Found in the slacks at Braunton Burrows.

bingo

Could be Clitocybe rivulosa, Deadly.

Here's some more. If this was a wood blewit, it was a very maggoty one!

And two little brown thingies

bingo

Yeah but go back to the spot and you will find more.

Edit: Blewits that is.

Top picture looks awfully like a little Clitocybe to me - nasty. Maybe eve dealbata or rivulosa.

Yes, I think it is a Wood Blewit.

Last one - an Inocybe species - nasty again.

The first and last ones are impossible to identify for certain beyond species level without the specimen and, probably, a microscope.

Thank you Bingo and Mushroom man. Spore prints - nothing off the little white thing - it just curled up. Pale pink off the purple one. Rusty brown off both the brown ones.

Go and get some more Blewits then. Very Happy

I never really found many out in the New Forest, then last season PeteS kindly pointed out to me that they grow 10 minutes walk Surprised from my house. I never even thought of looking in this place. Laughing

I leave them for Pete though, they're his.I would like it if he caned all my trumpets but I know he wouldn't.

I will do Bingo - but I can't today.

Blewits tend to grow in groups, or sometimes in circles. It is possible that you found one early one and that the others will start fruiting soon. I have seen this with other mushrooms. I think Blewits are excellent mushrooms to eat and they are certainly in my top 10.

I checked my Blewits patches this morning but there was naff all.

I know what Bingo means about not trashing other peoples patches. After Bingo showed me where he got his Trumpets (or Horn of Plenty - I really like this mushroom) I went out and tried to find my own, with considerable success too. I now have 4 spots for Trumpets and at least one, maybe two, I am certain are only known about by me. If you look and it's a good season, you will find. There is no reason to all go to the same place.

I went back today, but couldn't see any more potential blewits or boletus Sad

I did find lots of little red ones with yellow flesh and gills. I'll do photos if I can't work it out for myself.
bingo

I don't mind showing a couple of trusted people some of my trumpet patches as they are so big there's plenty.

Blackening wax caps - Hygrocybe conica Supposedly edible, but don't look too appetising.
