More raspberriesEV have just come in with this from the garden. Another pound or so of raspberries. She's already made made 6lbs of jam this year.

Last year, Mochyn made raspberry curd, which sounded divine. I'm going fruit picking tommorow, and although I won't pick raspberries for jam, I may not be able to resist raspberry ripple icecream.
Oh - I made raspberry schnapps last year - raspberries, half the weight of sugar and vodka to cover, in a kilner jar (or plastic tub) Hide it from himself, wait till Christmas shaking whenever you come across it, decant into bottles, and wish you'd made a lot more for yourself. Enjoy boozy raspberries coated in chocolate and baked into chocolate brownies as a consolation prize!
Alright, I am picking raspberries tommorow! How many plants do you have? I may devote more garden to them. I have a fence that needs covering. I was going to plant a hedge. Pah!

I've now got a freezer drawer full of loganberries. We're not desperately keen on jam but we like our puddings and booze - so I'd be very interested in any recipes that this thread might prompt.

Last year I made lequeirs (however you spell them!) out of rhubarb, strawberries, raspberried, blueberries and blackberries, using the method above (hiding them is especially important. It won't work at all if you don't) They were all nice, although I think strawberry was my favourite. They are nice neat for a tipple, or diluted with soda water for a long cool summer drink.

We're going raspberry picking tomorrow too. And redcurrants and black currants. Off to look for a recipe for black currant cordial.

Raspberry curd? Sounds delish! Is there a recipe lurking on here somewhere?
