Mushroom munchiesI have sorted out a line of mushroom based snacks that are like Beef jerky, they are made from sliced mushrooms that are then marinated and dried to make a low fat low carb snack that is long lasting and very tasty.
Because they are mushroom based we have kept all the marinating ingrediants vegi as well so they are good for Vegetarians and omnivores alike.
we are selling them in 25g bags at the moment but as mushrooms are mainly water that means there is as much as 150g of fresh mushrooms cramed into each bags as well as natural flavours.
We have stuck to the no artificial colours, flavours and preservatives as well to try and make them as natural as possable.
We have 8 flavours at the moment and they are
Original - a good mix of flavours including chilli, garlic and lemon but nothing is to strong and a good starting point.
Love it or hate it - flavoured with a well known yeast extract that causes many forum arguments and nothing else
Teriyaki - soy sauce, onion, garlic are the main ones here
Chinese - soy sauce, 5 spice make up the bulk of this with a little bit extra
Garlic - one of my favorites, garlic, and parsley to take the after smell away , a real winner
Chilli - fresh red and green chilli with a hint of corriander about level 2 on the heat
Jamacian Jerk - the hottest at the moment, a blend of scotch bonnet, allspice, onion, thyme and other stuff to give a rich hot rounded taste, about 3 on the heat
Sweet chilli - mild mix of red chilli, sugar, and vinigar. the sugar means there come out sticky sometimes but its finger licking good
We retail them at £1.50 a pack or 4 for £5 so far but will do them thorugh Downsizer at £1.25 a pack or 5 for £5 with P+P at cost .

nope a mix of any flavours and numbers is fine, I have to make some more love it or hate it when I get back but other than that there is stock in to be ordered and the love it will be ready by wednesday hopefully

Just sorted out some festive munchies so now in addition to the regular 8 flavours there is also
Sweet cinnimon - marinaded in a sugar and cinnimon syrup for a festive snack at christmas.
also have
Pendragon, a mix of perry ( pear cider ) and Peri Peri quite hot
Red wine and pepper, says it all really
I am about to start testing a mulled wine one so I will probably be asking for tasters soon.
