N YorksHope all in the north are OK after last nights flooding. Sounds pretty drastic to me, the only bit of there that I know is the walled garden at Helmsley: I'd be glad to know if they've been affected: hopefully not, after all the glass refurbishment. |

N Yorks moors got hit hard, Mrs Nebitt has posted an account over at RC. A lot of rain fell on a small catchement and blasted Helmsley, people were climbing trees apparently:

The reason a lot of bikes were involved was due to a bike rally being held at Helmsley!
