New birds, please?Does anyone (preferrably near here) have any chickens or ducks for sale? I've decided I'd like a couple more ducks and half a dozen more chickens. Almost any breed considered, but preferrably young birds.

I do have a broody hen so if you can wait a few weeks...?! Seriously though pm me if you want her to hatch out anything in particular as I am very tempted by a brown egg layer and a blue egg layer bantam but can't quite risk cockerels - but if you wanted them for your tea... 
should also add that I know someone sort of near you who has pekins and poland and columbian and various others - very nice she is as well.

What I'm really after, I suppose are birds for eggs/meat. We have a good way of disposing of surplus eggs: the old chap sells them at work! Broody hen sounds useful, though: I'd like a few babies around the place!
