New FREE game app for iphone, ipad, ipod, designed by my lad!

Some of you know that my middle son Tommy got a 2-1 in games design three years ago but has been unable to find a job in his chosen field...so last year he went to train to build apps for the i phone, and has now started a small company, just him and a friend. Sadly they missed the xmas market but their first game, Santageddon, is now out for free on the iphone. The more people who download it the more revenue he gets even though it is free for downloaders, so please download it onto your iphone, ipad or ipod if you can...its a mad shootemup but you don't have to play it....

Thanks chaps...if you could facebook it or tweet it that would be good too..

Sadly its just an i-thingy app...he went to Apple last summer to train to make their apps as apparently the potential rewards are better...I'm hoping that the company does well, so maybe they will start making their own proper games. He is working in a dvd shop at the moment, as no one would take him on in the games industry without experience...and to get experience he needed a job... so he and a friend decided to go it alone...it's a hell of an industry to get into...bit like acting lol....but he'swanted to do it ever since he got his first Gameboy aged 6... Im very pleased for him...Tommy has had a tough time since getting his 2-1... and he has other problems caused by having bacterial meningitis when he was 7 months old, so I'm proud that he's taken his future into his own hands! Very Happy Very Happy

Re

I think going self employed is the way forward for young people in a challenging jobs market - you make your own luck. Just as long as you choose something lucrative/creative. Nicky Colour it green

i dont have an i-thingy or FB -

but best of luck to your lad - hope he gets somewhere with this Smile
