Next time I wax lyrical about breadwill someone please remind me that it doesnt really agree with me all that much. I think I've had bread every day since the skillsharing weekend, and yummy though it is, I now have a killer headache that will probably take three or four days to go away.
Pah, I love bread, and its fine if I just have it once or twice a week, but for some reason overdo it and it fights back.

Poor you, sounds like you've reminded yourself . Eat lots of whatever, ahem, gets your system moving and drink plenty of water. Hope you feel much better soon .

Oh poor you! I can sympathise - I am allergic to yeast in that it gives me IBS, so cannot eat bread (BTW thanks to the lovely person who provided wraps at the skill share...I forgot to bring any) ...and I LOVE it!!
Since substituting wraps and home made flat bread I don't suffer so much...home made flat bread is nearly as yummy as proper bread...is it the wheat you have a prob with? What about making rye flour flat breads? Or rice based ones?
I'm afraid for headaches it's large doses of aspirin and LOTS of water...that seems to help...
(((hug)) hope you are better soon!

Forgive the digression, but there was a programme on TV earlier this years in which a professor at a hospital in Manchester was tackled about treatment for IBS. As a long term sufferer, it attracted my attention. At the start of the interview, the professor said something like:
"You'd be surprised how many people present to me with IBS and say, "I don't understand it - I have such a healthy diet." I say to them, "That could well be your problem"."
After hearing this I adjusted my own diet to include less of the stuff that the health police say we should eat, and, as if by magic, my IBS has practically vanished.

headachy, achey and slightly queasy, but it will pass. I very carefully have eaten only good stuff today. My own silly fault.
