nice butterit's not awfully seasonal, but it is shopping. I have taken to buying butter from these people through Suma:http://www.calonwen-cymru.com/ Suma does boxes of 10 packs, which I freeze about 1/2 of. It's noticeably softer than other butter and has never had any of the strange off flavours I often find in other butters. Possibly one might say that there isn't a describable taste, but it is nice, and they seem a nice set-up too. |
