Now that's a good idea from EcoverWe use Ecover products and I signed up to receive their regular newsletter via my email. Just had my first one and discovered that one of the shops in our local market town does Ecover refills.
Here's the link if anyone else is interested:

I was aware of this a while ago but had no idea where you could do it in Essex. Dammit, a 30 mile round trip to my nearest one. Never mind, am hoping to move to Manningtree area soon so will be able to take part. Thanks for the link

I signed up a while ago and just got a free sample of their "new and improved" washing powder through the door!

Unfortunately, Rosemary's in wolverhampton has stopped doing refills. Now there's nowhere near me that refills the containers at all.

We're lucky enough to have somewhere to refill some ecover bottles within walking distance (Daily Bread, just off Kings Hedges Road). Saves a few pennies, saves some waste.

I have nowhere local to refil the bottles, which is a nuisance! Going to call in to the only local health food shop that's listed on the ecover site and ask if they will consider doing it.
Wonder if it's only health food shops or whether they would be able to work with the farm shops as well? time to email and ask I suppose.

Our shop used to do refills but has had to stop for health reasons (the boss hurt his back and can't manouvre the big containers). So, I bought a 5l washing-up liquid for myself and refill an old bottle from it.

Hmm, Todmorden or Lancaster. Well, you don't gain entry to Todmorden without a banjo and your mother/wife/sister on your arm, and Lancaster's a bit far. Still, nice to know.

You can check in any time you like, but you can never leave...
