Does everyone with OSA's have to pay tax, even if say it's wages that you have been Taxed on already?

It isnt the tax on the money you have earned but the tax on the interest. Of course they may then wonder where the money came from in the first place.
I knew a bloke that got caught when they computerised land regisrty. All of a sudden the IR found out that he owned 20+ houses.
he did a negotiated settlement that cost him over £500K.
Fortunatley for him they didnt then pursue how an IT manager might have obtained the original sums.

Far from it  So just the interest then, that seem's a little harsh as well 
500k now thats a lot, how did you manage to pay all that back
