Oh dear - Jezzer Clarkson can't keep the public away......from his lighthouse on the Isle of Man http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-isle-of-man-17867454
It seems the court disagreed that having a public path so close to his lighthouse property breached his human rights.
Bad luck Jezzer - you'll just have to put up with the Great Unwashed walking near your place after all...
