Open Source AleStrange that no one else has linked to thishttp://www.voresoel.dk/main.php?id=71 A bunch of uni students in Denmark, did a "project" and came up with the concept of an Open Source Beer... I suspect that more time was spent designing a label, website, music, etc (and on publicising the thing) than on refining the recipe. So, I point it out to the brewers on here with the idea of a Downsizer Distro of Their Ale... Or potentially a future "challenge" - brewing a basic beer? And then tweaking it... BTW Is the Danish language easier for North Easterners (geordies, etc)? Strikes me that Vores Øl (or Oel) ain't far from 'Wer's Ale... |

Yeah I thought it kind of missed the point of recipes
it has been done before with cola too I guess its as much a stab in the eye for the companies who are so propriatary over their ingredients as it is a real open source project |
