OutlookHow do I set up multiple accounts for the same user? I need the user to have separate inbox's and discrete "from" addresses for each account.

That just sounds like you want a series of normal in mailboxes.
Then you 'add' in the boxes. Under view IIRC there's the option to show the 'from' box.

Not quite with you, what do you mean? One slightly added complication is that we use Scalix not Exchange.

Set up a batch of addresses, as if you're doing it for different people.
Give the person you want to access to all the boxes on the server.
In Outlook, select File, Open -> Other user's folder, and add in the other boxes.
Select View, From field. (maybe in the main window, maybe in the mail window) This allows you to select who you're sending the mail as.
