P+PPPThat's Pea and Pigeon Pesto Pasta.
Had it for tea last night; 'twas most tasty.
Boil some water and lob in some pasta - I go for spaghetti with this, but why not push the boat out and use linguine.
Sear the pigeon breast for a couple of minutes on each side.
Let the pan cool a touch and add the pesto.
Cut the breast into small pieces - it should be grossly undercooked inside.
Drain the pasta.
Add the pigeon and freshly shelled peas (from one's own garden) to the pesto.
Stir and add in the pasta.
Eat.

It's game, so IMnsvHO should always be served on the rare sode of just dead. Plus, you're also returning it to a hot pan for a minute or so, so it gets further cooking.
Don't forget, pigeon breasts are tiny, and you're going to cut them into small pieces too.
