PeppercornsIn the past I've bought peppercorns from someone called Saltpepper who used to advertise here. I just realised that I'm about to run out, so went to their website - but they don't seem to do it any more. It was so much better than the stuff from the supermarket. Does anyone here have any recommendations?

Never bought from them but I've been given some of the Tellicherry peppercoprns from these guys and they are amazing.

Thanks Marts, I'll try them. Once you've had the really good stuff there's no going back. (And the rose and lavender sugars look good too.)

If you order from them and youŕe in the mood for experimenting try grains of paradise.
Again i´ve never bought them from these particular guys, but the ones i have had are very interesting. Peppery with a kind of orange hint and something else that i´ve never nailed.
In fact as i´m a hobbyist brewer of (slightly ok) beers i´m surprised i´ve never chucked them into a wheat beer...goes off to experiment.

Well, I've just stocked up with pepper, treated myself to some rose sugar and lavender sugar - and some grains of paradise. I've no idea what I'll do with the latter (not being a brewer) but they do look intriguing.
What a nice user-friendly website.
