Pigs gone!

They went of early this morning, loaded well,but didn,t want to get out at the other end.
We pick up on Monday, and on Tuesday evening, our local butcher is giving all those with half a pig, a lesson on jointing etc.
Sausages on Wednesday.

sure you are sad to see them go but just think of those lovely sausages on a cold winters night.
