planning and caravans

Can someone point me in the right direction for info on planning laws and caravans - I know there was a thread somewhere with some good stuff in it but I can't find it.

Also drainage from a caravan loo is an interesting issue I'd like to understand better- any clues?

Can you be more specific?

Is it to put one in the garden of a house or to put one in a farmers field or woodland.

Is it for residential use (same close family unit as house), holiday let?

Statics or tourers?
