Assuming it isn't what Jema says it is (and I don't understand that well enough to comment!) pop up stopper is excellent. Theres a free version from here that I use at work:

Are you using "Internet Explorer"?
Get a decent Web Browser for free, go to http://www.firefox.org.uk Ban Pop-ups. |

That version appears to include the Google bar as standard. If you'd prefer to have just plain FF then go here: www.mozilla.com |

Or use the IE6 SP2 that has popup blocker and has had fewer patches this year than Firefox. |
