Pork and Lamb available (Near York)We have several Hogget Lambs ready for butchering.
These will be available as a half or a whole carcass £70 for a half or £130 for a whole Lamb. The Lamb can be butchered to your specifications i.e. size of joints, rolled or bone in shoulder etc.
There are also some Middle White Pigs almost at finishing weight, these are a available as either halves or as a box of mixed cuts. Alternatively stock up on sausages for the BBQ.
The Lambs are ready now and the pigs will be ready around the middle of June.
We are located just outside Melbourne and around 10 miles east of York.
All of our animals are born and reared outdoors and the pigs are fed on a locally sourced grain mix.
