Pork and turkeyWe have two saddleback x gilts that will be ready to go on the 28 November and two saddleback x berkshires ready to go on the 12 december. Available by the half pig butchered to your spec or in smaller "pig boxes" sausages etc also available. Our pigs are out door reared and freerange in small family groups. They are matured slowly so go to slaughter at around 10 months old which gives a carcass of around 55 - 65 kg.
We also have a small number of turkeys available that are so free range they are virtually no mads. Organically fed. can be boned and stuffed if required. Available for delivery on Friday 22nd December
All our meat is packed in insultated boxes with ice blocks and delivered by following day courier service.
