I've got the trotter stock on as i type.....
Made a few slight changes to Sean's recipe as haven't got all ingredients.. I've used 1 trotter 3 small carrots a handull of too small spring onions a baby parsnip 2 Cloves of garlic Garamasala and fresh bay leaves ..sage....thyme all covered by water! it should be ok! |

Pricey....is the God of porkpies .... ...
this recipe is great! thanks all for your input Note...my daughter didn't end up helping me.... it seems that the Wii is much more fun than cooking but not eating porkpies!
