layers pellets, £3.75 for a 20kg bag, mixed corn about the same IIRC.

£5.99 here for D&H. Nobody local sells a localy made one. They are all waggoned up from Englandshire. I get my wheat from the farm next door for £4.00 per bag.

Layers Pellets 8.25 euro
Flaked Maize 8.50 euro
Chick crumb 12.00 euro
Barley/oats/corn 8.00 euro
and I have to travel 20 km for that!!

layers pellets are £4 I think for about a 20kg sack. If we needed a larger quantity ( but with 2 birds we don't) then the price comes down a bit the more sacks you have.
Think mixed corn is the same (anyone else use mixed corn in the garden bird feeder like we do as its much cheaper than the small bags of stuff from the garden centre)
Its from the local farm at the edge of the village where we get our birds from. They don't do organic feeds as far as I know but we'd feel churlish not to support their business.
