quick simple liverhot pan
olive oil
diced bacon (gos air dried )
fry till done
add chopped anchovies
fry 1 inch liver cubes (dexter) until all have turned pale ,fast ,stirred and for a mere sizzle
rest for 2 mins
eat within ten mins as any liver is like cinderella's coach
im sure the method will work with other makes of ingredients but that was ace
nice with bread

Lovely, I am a big fan of offal, especially liver and kidneys.
What about deglazing the pan with a splash of wine, to go with it?
