Ready-made selfsufficient life - Spain.Due to family circumstances it is possible that we might have to return to the UK......and sadly sell our beautiful home.
What you'd get:
5 bedroom traditionally built home; chestnut beams, stone walls, tile floors etc. Totally habitable, no annoying ruin and subsequent building work to get in the way of enjoying your life!
2 1/2 acres lush green woodland - various fruit and nut trees, (including 34 walnuts), veggie gardens, stable, chicken/rabbit enclosures, herb garden. The land has never been touched by chemicals and it would be very easy to get organic certification (and become an organic walnut entrepreneur!)
24/7 water rights - there is abundant water in the valley, it remains green all year, this is snow melt from the very high sierra so we get the water but not the rain
Potable spring - in fact not just potable, but delicious! Runs about 10 litres per minute, which is the most abundant privately-owned spring I have seen in these parts.
Completely off-grid: solar and wind power for electricity, vacuum tube solar hot water system, broadband via wireless connection.
Optional extra: Morris the miniature donkey who helps us carry things to and from the house.
And an amazing view of a magical car-free valley and whitewashed villages in the distance.
A true opportunity to be completely self-sufficient - our only bills are for the internet and land tax (8.51€ last year!).
Please PM me if you are genuinely interested, possibility to swap for (min.) 3 bedroom house with garden in the UK.

Sounds absolutely fantastic. Where in the UK are you looking to move to? (I'm not going anywhere, just thought it might help if you said from the house-swap point of view.)

where in the Uk would you like to relocate? (Would swap you for my 4 bed end of terrace house with garden in need of taming in the Welsh valleys in a heartbeat, but somehow suspect that wasnt quite what you had in mind re a house )

We are in granada province.
Looking for somewhere rural, but open to exact area - would have to be around 270K in value to make exchange worthwhile.
