Kill the women and children; burn it to the ground; and plow the earth with salt.
Then start building something that works for pedestrians and links into public transport next, and has provission for cars after that. Ban 'out of town' supermarkets, except for white goods, and it should work. |

An admirable manifesto though i think the PC brigade  wont let you.
It is a very good example of how townscapes built before mass car ownership have been overtaken by the perceived 'convenience' of the car. |
