Replaciing a veilI have managed to aquire a few unwanted holes in my beekeeping Veil.I have tried to find a supplier that would supply the mesh but cannot find any, my partner is willing to give the repair a try. I know that Fragile Planet have a service but at £25 plus P&P that is 25% of the cost of a new suit Many thanks once again for all your knowledgable help |

That's just the result of a quick google. You could probably find someone who sells it by the metre. |

I know a beekeeper who has made his own veil from a wide brimmed tilly hat, some elastic, & black veil from a wedding dress maker. |

do you have a boyds store near you.. i was astonished at how cheap their material/netting/lace/fake fur/blah blah blah was...
would be definately worth a gander to see if there was one near enough to you - but don't go in or take anyone with you IF you or they have a weak will and a passion for sewing
