Rice with nuts and garlic
Ingredients
- 40g chopped nuts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbs chopped parsley
- 75g grated hard cheese
- 5 tbs olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 900 ml stock
- Juice of half a lemon
- 325g long grain rice
Recipe
- Pulverise the nuts, garlic and parsley.
- Stir in the cheese.
- Add the oil in a thin stream, while beating.
- Season with s&p
- Cook the rice in stock and lemon juice.
- Drain well and put into a warmed bowl.
- Mix in the sauce.
