RiceAny suggestions for supper using the rice I cooked in too much quantity last night? Egg fried sounds good with added bits but any other ideas?

Stuffed something or other? Peppers? Aubergines? Courgettes? Vine leaves?

Rice pudding.
Rice salad: toss in chopped bacon, finely sliced spring onion, finely chopped red peppers, loads of fresh mint, a little chopped coriander leaf, a good squeeze of lemon juice and a glug of olive oil.

We are having Southern Indian Rice with Seafood soup a la Jamie. He was onto it before I got home.  Smells very good.
