Rubber gloves

Went to a weavers, spinners and dyers day today and saw a nifty idea to cut rubber gloves into different sized elastic bands, they had the finger size wrapped around cotton reels to stop them unravelling.
When I eventually unpack my craft stuff I can at last sort out my thread boxes.

I can get loads of elastic bands from the postman. They had an official warning from the local council because they reckoned that the posties were responsible for dropping bands in the street. Laughing

I kid you not.
