Scotish Breakfast Rolls.There was a recipe for these somewhere,but I,ve lost it.Can anyone point me in the right direction? |

I've just made it and I must have seen it posted somewhere http://www.fife.50megs.com/scottish-baps.htm I automatically added tspn of sugar without spotting that the recipe didnt have any - might have been an even softer roll without. |

i made these rolls last week, amalgamated a lot of recipes and followed the basic instructions from the link above.
If your not hot on cup measurements, I used 1 lb of flour, 150 ml water, 150 ml of whole milk. Consistency was a little too runny but just needed an extra sprinkle of flour or two and they came out great. |

morning rolls..........................good how I miss them. Light, fluffy, proper rolls, not these doughy bap things or oven bottoms! yeuch!!!
