Sealey tools.Don't. Just don't.
Save your money up and buy something that isn't a load of old rubbish thrown together in a couple of minutes by variously impaired oompa-loompas, assisted by people on day release from a Home for the Mechanically Inept.

They're dreadful aren't they. Almost as bad as BlackSpur tools.

At least BlackSpur don't even pretend to be any good.
Don't Sealey present as being quality items?
Or am I thinking of someone else?

Are they as bad as Silverline?

Some Sealey stuff is okay but they're not quality tools or intended for industrial or heavy trade use IMHO.

I sent a drill press back to them because the bearings were rattling like a bag of spanners. They said it was 'operating within manufacturer parameters' which seemed to mean that their stuff was supposed to be a load of crépe in the first place.
Fortunately they sent it back so badly packaged that the pulley cover was crushed in transit, so they had to replace it entirely. No doubt the new one will be no better.
I only bought it because I needed a new one urgently and tbh unless you pay a fortune they're all as bad as each other.

I have found Silverline to be not too bad considering.
I expect they're very slack on QC, so there are good ones and bad ones.
But they have a three year guarrantee so if you get a crap one just break it & send it back.
