search facility on forumHave just tried looking for a particular thread, but in pressing the search button at top of page it diverts me to the search facility on the main article home page. I can only search by keyword on there, rather than being able to add author or section of forum to narrow it down. So I had to trawl through long list of articles, bookmark links et al.. gave up!

Thanks for the feedback, we had been trying to unify the searches, with the main site now being able to search the forums.....

What we cannot do is ignore straigthforward feedback saying the system doesn't work!
We also cannot add the extra criteria to the main site search. mambo simply does not work that way.
So we have to restore the forum search at least.

Is it worth having a link of the mambo search page to the phpBB search page and vice versa?

search facility now back to forum one, thank you, found what I wanted easily. I can see the wisdom in linking them but shame there aren't more criteria it could search by?

Have added a link from the forum search to the comprehensive search.
