seeking a birddue to the sad demise of gladys one of my hen turkeys, i am seeking a replacement
doesn't have to be another buff turkey any hen will do really, i just want to have one to give gidget a break from the rather overly amourous attentions of stanley the stag
there appears to be no turkey rescue so now looking elsewhere

many thanks for that, hadn't really considered them because i could come home with much, much more than just a single turkey poult
they are only about 6 miles from here as well....

I stopped to stroke a little kitten that some old farmer was carrying round the mart once. The mart was very busy which it usually is, gets pretty crowded in the sheds, well next thing I knew was the chap had disappeared leaving me holding this poor little mite infested bundle of fur .. we only went for some chucks.
After treatment for various conditions and neutering the kit did OK, and had a happy life for a couple of years, but she was killed by one of the other cats who ripped her back open so badly she couldn't be saved.
Other cats never did like the poor little thing she was an oddball I think interbred.
So if you go make beware strange men with cats LOLOLOL.
The chickens we bought were fine, came from a decent breeder from the Crickhowell area, they were fully vaccinated and good healthy Chukleberries indeed.
If you do go can recommend the food van, very clean does excellent bacon butties and homemade cakes ..
