Shortcrust Pastry

Ingredients - To line a 8" pie dish (bottom only)

4 oz plain flour (plus more for sprinkling and dusting)
1 oz butter
1 oz lard (plus a little for greasing)
just over 1 tablespoon of water (20ml)
