Showing my photogs to others

I need a device with which I can show my photogs to others. (Others who have no internet and limited understanding of computers.)

I think I could do it with something like an Ipad, but I don't really want to spend loads of money (yeah, OK, so I'm a cheapskate).

Must have a decent sized screen (A5 or better) and high quality images. (Oh, and easily portable and battery powered).

Any suggestions? Or am I asking the impossible?

I have looked at digital photo-frames on the webbything and reviews I have read suggest that the image quality is not very good. Does anybody have one who can comment?

You'll get what you pay for, as far as screens go. Pixels are a commodity. Go to an electrical barn and have a look at some.
