Hi, everyone and thank you for your lovely warm welcome
I've only recently found you and have been having great fun reading through all the "back issues" - the only trouble is I now have a long list of all the things I really want to do:
* make the heavenly sounding skin cream
* start keeping hens again
* sloe gin (yum)
And having seen the smashing ferreting pictures I'm really, really tempted. Used to have a trio (hob & 2 jills) many years ago and they were almost as great timewasters as the hens, so entertaining to sit & watch.

Good to see you posting Sarah!
One thing I find with the skin cream, is I prefer the texture if I leave the water out. It's a bit more oily but it soaks in the skin better.
