Im aware of that, but thought that anyone viewing the post who is at all interested would of course ask for other details, which i could then inform them of.
As to the 'other reasons' I have been informed that the council has reservations re the size of the development nearby and is taking a serious view on the proposal and the existing nature of the work going on there, so this is resolving itself quite nicely. Lorraine |

Just to update on this matter....
We have dispensed with the services of Stratton Creber, but are still on the market with another local (agricultural) firm (at a much lower rate). We love our place here, but for the right price are still considering moving, and frankly, having paid for the HIP pack (what a total waste of time and money) have decided to keep it on the market. For those of you who knew that there was a contentious planning application nearby which I had objected to, I am DELIGHTED to report that the applicant has WITHDRAWN the application (after a not very impressed council 'advised' him). So, we are a little more content....Spring is on its way....lambs in our paddock, chicks everywhere, loads of B&B guests hopefully coming to see us during the Easter break.......
