SockpuppetsI've been asked to help moderate another forum, and there a concern has been raised about a possible sockpuppet: a user registering another account.
Obviously, you should usually be able to see from their ip addresses, but I can't find an easy way of searching for duplicates.
Is there one?

Quick guess says that would depends on what kind of forum it is / where it's hosted / the template. You know what I mean!

It's a PhpBB forum, but I've found a search facility... just lost the bit where I can easily find a user's ip.
