Some good ideas, others I definitely wouldn't use. For instance I wouldn't bake peppers in a muffin tray, as I am sure I would be able to taste them in the next batch of muffins even after careful washing. I also don't possess some of the odd bits they recommend, like 5 different colour nail varnishes, a ling roller and a few others.
