sooo tired and emotionalexcactly what it says on the tin really. i have so much on over the next couple of weeks. i need some inspiration to keep me going. something to aim for. what do you all do to wind down after a nutty couple of weeks?

How about you set aside an evening (or whatever moment you can spare), unplug the phone, play whatever music you like, drink some wine, and eat a little bit of fudge? Not too much mind you, just a bit will still be a treat and won't make you feel sick...

my biggest problem is the boucy family, teetotal and dieting.
i hink i need a good helping of chocolate and fresh cream

Cbeebies works occasionally on bouncy families (I think that DP finds the night garden more soporific than the children though; and of them the one that loves it is the oldest....)

Argh - that could of course be the problem... nothing but basic freeview here!! 
Mind you - mine have only just gone to sleep I've been hiding in my bedroom with the laptop and leaving DP to deal with it....
