Could have done with a dip today myself - instead I got stuck in an office where the aircon is switched off because it smells of wee Shocked

Why is it that 4x4 owners can never avoid water! Laughing

Hey Johnnyboy we've got the same surf!
Mines a bit older tho - got Toyota badge not T badge. Same green too.
The OH took it down to the Big Chill festival in Ledbury where they do the Landrover off road testing and took the Toyota over the course. He said he was bricking it because being an automatic he didn't have much control over gears (I hate automatics). He discovered a button which seems to be the dif lock tho. He's never been into Landrovers but was REALLY impressed with the new one he was allowed to try.

landys

Ya car,nt beat LANDYS they go anywere you choose, i was up a river last week in one and i thought we were sailing only trouble is we had a job to get back up the river bank but we did it after about 7 attempts!!

You must also be a part Mecanic as they do break somtimes big time!!
Lloyd

My Defender 90 Countyis normally broken, and once repaired works for about two months before something else goes. This time, I have two broken halfshafts, either that or cv joints....Too disgusted with it to have checked yet. Limped it home in 1st with diff lock on, low ratio, parked it and walked away. Once it knows I'm sulking it may start behaving again!! Wink
