Never made it but I reckon strawberry and elderflower cordial would be nice

Thank you. Both sound interesting. Perhaps few more foodie based ones though. I found a summer pudding recipe, that I am going to try.

wine,
they make a very nice light (10%vol)summer wine .200g fruit per litre with enough sugar to bring the fermented on the pulp liquor up to a suitable sg
or
use lots of fruit and bring the sg up to port levels for a 16/18% pudding wine
or use whatever fruit and adjust the sg for 5/6%abv and brew as a long drink (serve cold with mint leaves)
ps sliced they dehydrate quite well or pulped make ace fruit leather

Strawberry coulis. Absolutely delicious with vanilla ice cream, over pound cake, whatever. Freezes very well too.

I am allergic to children.
are you sure? my 8 year od daughter could talk the ears off a donkey, I am sure she could be used to de-sensitise you.

Very sure. Children are unhygienic. The thought of them makes me itch... kind of like red mite does.

Dry some. Slice them thin and then put them on a rack over the Aga (other huge stoves are available).
