Summer Cooler recipe...butCan you guys give me a hand modifying it.
Sooooo..... recipe from here
But what the heck are agave and seltzer and what could we substitute as I suspect we can't get them here.
Any thoughts?

Seltzer is just fizzy water/soda water. Agave syrup is sugary syrup. You could use honey.

Isn't Tequila made from fermented agave juice? I don't suppose you could use that as a substitute even if it does take away the taste of the dandelion leaves.

I seem to remember that our local chinese supermarket sells Agave juice in cartons.

Sorrel tastes nicer than dandelion. IMHO

I would use a standard sugar syrup (50/50 water & sugar) or corn syrup in place of Agave. Honey has too much of a distinctive flavour. Agave syrup doesn't really taste of much.
