The Tuesday Here All Alone Apart from The Bots LIST

Probably more than just a day's worth, tbh.

1. Estate agent coming at 3.30. Before then:
-- 1a. Scrub carpet in Leo's room
-- 1b. Scrub carpet in Spare Room
-- 1c. Sort out books to keep or go next week
-- 1d. Look at boxing in power cables in corridor. May only make inventory of kit needed
-- 1e. Hoover
2. Fill car up with petrol
-- 2a. Buy some bin-bags, a scrubbing brush and a door hinge at Hardings
3. Post eBay parcel
4. Wash up
5. Brush and patch-wash floor
6. Speak to solicitor
7. Leo to and from nursery
8. Squish baby-food and freeze
9. Make white paint inventory - will need to buy some more on Wed I think
10. Trim hedge - dependent on drizzle stopping
11. Magic Builder bringing cabinet round tonight - put stuff in cabinet
12. Re-level shelf in kitchen
13. Put up piece of worktop in utility room
14. Water greenhouse
15. Clean out little chicken house
16. Maybe set eggs
17. Washing & drying (Only one lot washing! And two lots of drying!)
18. Fill skeps with rubble so Arvo can take up to back-fill steps
19. Muck out some of boxes in utility room - rubbish, freecycle, eBay, charity shop etc.
20. Wash walls so painting party can get on with it on Thurs/Fri
21. Repair transformer for kitchen lights
22. Sort out jam jar mountain to go out with recycling on Thurs
23. Pick up playpen from freecycler

Ditto, good luck Laughing.

After my extreme failure with yesterday's list I'm not making plans today apart from "get into town for eye test at 9:25". And Eat things, of course. Then I'll do whatever seems most appealing to my hormone-addled brain. If there's any time left over from the Eating that is... Rolling Eyes
marigold

My day is gradually taking form:

Done:
Eye test, agreed lens adjustment of unsatisfactory new glasses with optician
Food shopping
A bit more decluttering
Packed GreenMetropolis book order
Elevenses
Lunch

To do:
Rest a while
Post Office
Wholefood store
Charity shop delivery
Put dry laundry away
Restart Monday's list

I'm noticing a distinct lack of traffic lights on that mega list Chez Very Happy

After a cool wet morning it's now turned horribly warm and humid and I don't feel like doing anything that requires brain-power... Might get the sewing machine out. Or at least clear the table to make space for it Very Happy .
sally_in_wales

Just got in, awfully warm and humid at work, at the point at which I abandoned ship this afternoon we'd had over 800 people through the unventilated unairconditioned gallery, most of them with wet coats on.

Not looking forwards to cleaning the handling collection tomorrow morning Confused

Probably more than just a day's worth, tbh - flippin' 'eck, I'll say.

1. Estate agent coming at 3.30. - not really good news. He reckons we are in 20% negative equity.
-- 1a. Scrub carpet in Leo's room - massive thanks to Cathryn, who came, did it and left again!

Andrew - I reserve the right to have blue traffic lights ... it's less scary than red Smile.

Tomorrow: Painting World
Barefoot Andrew

You're painting the world?

Sorry, that was obvious, shallow, needless, etc etc. Banish me to the piggery without delay Very Happy

Get Thee To A Piggery!

It just *feels* like we're painting the world - boring white helps sell your house, etc. etc.. Sad
Bebo

Today I will mostly be not being at work. Yay!
Shortish list at the mo, but expect I'll add to it:
Toodle off to Rye market for a wander
Pick a bucket of tomatoes Very Happy
Make a bulk batch of pasta sauce for the freezer
Do a bit of work even though I'm supposed to be off
Listen to England get hammered at cricket - again
Clean out the broody box which currently has a hen and three little chicks (two days old) Very Happy
Have a bit of a tidy up in the polytunnel
Maybe do some weeding if I feel like it
Try to think of new things to do with courgettes

I think I put my rice and courgette au gratin recipe in the database. Or, wine? Shocked
Bebo

I've grown a round variety and the size some of them have grown I was thinking more along the lines of a game of footie!
