Free plans here or if you want to build a warre hive, here. Management methods between the two are different. I personally prefer the horizontal TBH (certainly easier to build), although I can see the merits of the Warre. |

We have 2 Top Bars here. One occupied and bees seem very happy in it. Ours are only 3' which I think was a mistake the 4' would be better, but so far so good. | ||

just collected last nights left out box and all the swarm are inside worked like a dream, now a question, they are in a transport box with frames, I have coming Mon-Tue Top bar Hives can I move them into one or should they go into a standard hive as they will have settled on the frames, in which case we need another national hive we are coming to Bluith wells on Sunday will there be any for sale there | ||
