wouldn't quite use the word "amuse". I get the author's point that IT training is all about using MS Office.
I laughed at the Home Secretary, Theresa May, justified smashing up the Guardian's lappy on the basis that they might not have made any back-up copies.
I suppose I'm one of a very tiny minority who learned how to use a computer when that involved assembler level instructions. The operating systems were primitive and constant operator intervention was needed.

I like DOS. I can do stuff in DOS. It does not ask me if "I am sure", and shouting at the screen that you have never been more sure of anything in your life does not seem to work.
And seven keystrokes gets rid of everything!
