I really want to be brave enough to try snails. I eat most things, I'll happily butcher my dinner (well, maybe not happily, but I'll do it without argument), I eat all sorts of shellfish and squiddy things, but I can't pluck up the courage for snails or for winkles.
Someone talk me through them, I know I'm being daft, I just can't quite face it
